TED Talk Presentation 
Students will assume the role of a TED Talk presenter. Students will select a topic that they are passionate about (but don't actually know a lot about yet) and create a 3 minute TED Talk to the class.

Students could create a PowerPoint, Prezi, poster, etc. or show a short YouTube video to enhance their speech, but they still had to speak a minimum of three minutes, so if the video were 1 minute, they still had to speak for 3 minutes.

Student displays the elements of good speaking.

Students stand up straight, look confident, speak clearly, and make eye contact during the presentation.

Students effectively demonstrate an appropriate level of enthusiasm for their topic.
