Telling Time
	Poor 0 pts	Below Average 1 pts	Average 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Hour & minute hand id.	Poor Student cannot identify the hour hand and the minute hand accurately on a time clock. Student is unable to complete time clock worksheet at all.	Below Average Student can identify the hour and minute hand on a time clock with minimal accuracy, but still needs assistance.	Average Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at the time clock sometimes. Can fill in some numbers on time clock worksheet.	Good Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at a time on the clock most of the time. Can fill in most numbers on the clock worksheet.
Telling Time	Poor Student cannot tell time to the minute. Student does not complete any of the time worksheet where they are asked to write the time.	Below Average Student can somewhat tell time to the minute but not everytime they are asked. Student can write minimal time on time worksheet, but only completes part of it.	Average Student can accurately tell time to the minute most of the time that they are asked. Student can accurately write time on time worksheet sometimes.	Good Student can accurately tell the time to the minute most of the time. Student can accurately write time on the worksheet most of the time.
