Endurance, flexibility, strength Students will increase their strength through push-ups, tricep dips, squats, etc. Students will increase their flexibility in splits, straddles, back bends, etc. Students will increase endurance through prolonged, timed activity. Below Basic I gave little effort in participating in exercises for endurance, flexibility, and strength.	Basic I gave some effort in exercises for endurance, flexibility, and strength.
