Intersections
Anticipate Lights	Above Average Anticipates light changes and adjust driving in anticipation of a light change by coasting and covering the brakes.	Average Can anticipates light changes and adjust driving for the light. Is able to come to a controlled stop.	Needs to Improve Frequently anticipates light changes Beginning to adjust driving for the light. Indecisive about the light	Poor Can not anticipates light changes Struggles to adjust in anticipation of a light change. Runs light or hard stopping.
Coast up to Intersections	Above Average Always in proper gear, foot off acelerator and clutch, coasting up to intersection. Then accelerating thru the intersection. Prepared to stop if need be to the point of now return- 50 feet.	Average Mostly in proper gear, foot is off the acelerator and clutch, Frequently coasting into intersection and accelerating through. Mostly prepared to stop.	Needs to Improve Frequently has foot off acelerator , uses the clutch to slow down and coast up to intersection. Then accelerating thru the intersection.
