Program Evaluation Rubric 
This program will provide a forum to discuss and apply principles inherent in the supervisor role. The activities and discussions will enable the participants to practice and achieve supervisor competencies building upon facility orientation to the supervisor role. The overall goal of the program is to provide new supervisors the skills and resources needed to become successful supervisors in order to meet the goals of the organization.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
1. describe the importance of developing positive relationships with employees
2. demonstrate listening, asking questions, resolving conflict, and providing feedback skills
4. employ methods for delegating tasks effectively in order to meet organizational goals and objectives

The Level 3 Assessment provides information on the application of new knowledge, skills, or behaviors. This information is obtained through an anonymous survey 3-6 months following the course, completed by participants and their direct supervisors.

The Level 4 Assessment provides information on the benefits from program to the overall organization. This information is obtained 12 months after the program completion through the results of the All Employee Survey.
