Proficient Minimal errors in editing and mechanics. Production and script are complete and show creativity.	Advanced No errors in editing or mechanics. Production and script are complete and developed in a way that exceeds expectations.
Style	Beginning News style maybe inappropriate for the story. Story is not told from top down perspective.	Developing News style is appropriate. Some story facts are incorrectly sequenced for top down perspective.	Proficient News style is correct and effective. Facts are in correct order using top down perspective.	Advanced News style is correct, creative and effective. Facts are in correct order and are developed in a creative and entertaining way.
