Good Student's pronunciation was understandable with some error.	Excellent Student's pronunciation understandable with errors that did not interfere with comprehension.
Fluency 4 pts	Poor Student was able to ask or respond to questions but with significant hesitation and pauses. Answers were awkward and incomprehensible.	Fair Pausing and hesitations interfered with the audience's understanding of the response. Answers were awkward and incomprehensible to understand at times	Good Pausing and hesitations did not interfere with the audience's ability to comprehend the speaker's message.	Excellent Students were able to communicate clearly with no difficulty. Answers were clear and comprehensible.
