Animal and Plant Journal and iMovie Presentation 
The following assignment is a journal that the students created after gathering information about 3 different animals and 3 different plants. The students after finishing their journal are required to create an iMovie presentation, which will be created based off of or on their journal that they create.

The title page and drawings are colorful, and well done. You can tell that these students put time and effort into the drawings, and the facts. The drawings are an accurate representation of the animal and plant.

Contains pretty accurate representations of the plants and animals. Images were well drawn with some color.

Not all the images are colored or have an accurate representation of the plant or animal. A lack of effort is displayed through the work presented.
Poor

There is no color, the images are not well drawn (judged by previous work that is turned in, and their artistic ability), and there is a lack of effort in the work presented.

Each individual plant and animal has its own page. The picture was placed on the page in a way that was easy to see, and the facts were well written, neatly presented, and listed one after another.

There was a few plants and animals that were written on the same page, but facts were well written and easy to read. The images were presented in a way that you could clearly see them.

There were several plants and animals that were written on the same page, the facts were poorly written and overlapped often. The pictures overlapped, causing difficulty in seeing what was drawn.
