Availability	Excellent Tool is web-based in real time but offers offline features that can be uploaded when internet is available.	Good Tool is web-based in real-time with no offline capabilities.	Fair Tool is web-based but is not in real time.	Poor Tool is not consistently accessible online.
Author Abilities	Excellent Tool can be 100% customized by author.	Good Tool has ability to be titled, include project name/class, and author and has some customization features.
