Dental pamphlet rubric 
The students will work on their own to put together a pamphlet. The pamphlet will contain relevant information directly related to dental care or prevention. Students will provide accurate information in a creative and colorful, kid friendly pamphlet to educate small children. The pamphlet will be designed on a standard size sheet of paper.

Eye catching. Great use of colors, texture, shapes, and spacing on pamphlet. Artwork is the students own & is neat. Writing is easy to read.

Not in required format and/or submitted late. Pieces/items falling or hanging off.

Project is damaged, poorly presented. Was possibly submitted later than original due date. Some items possibly falling off.
