Interview	Poor The student either did not complete the interview or did very little to collect useful answers.	Fair The student's questions were somewhat clear and feedback was mostly documented.	Good Student asked interesting and relevant questions about cochlear implant procedures and experiences. Questions were mostly clear. Student received good feed back and documented that feedback well.
Reflection/Effort	Poor It is obvious that the student put forth very little effort into this assignment. There was only one textbook reference and no experience shared.	Fair The student did complete the assignment, was somewhat reflective and only two references to the textbook was made. Some relevant experiences were included.	Good Student was reflective and integrated experience and more than one textbook references when writing this assignment. There is obvious effort to do well on this project.
Grammar/Spelling	Poor Contains several spelling errors and grammatical errors that severely disrupt the reader.	Fair Contains a fair amount of spelling and grammatical errors to a point that begins to disrupt the reader.	Good Contains only a few spelling and grammatical errors.
