Impacts	Poor Impacts are unclear, and/or implausible.	Fair Some impacts (1-2) are plausible, but are not well-explained.	Good Most of the impacts (2-3) are plausible, but need more explanation.	Outstanding All impacts are plausible and are well-explained.
Outcomes	Poor Outcomes are unclear and/or missing an element.	Fair Some outcomes (2-3) are unclear and/or missing an element.	Good Most outcomes (4-5) are clear but still missing an element.	Outstanding All outcomes are clear with all elements included.
Completion	Poor Response is not complete. It is missing elements or elements are unclear.	Fair Some components of the response are incomplete or missing.	Good Response is mostly complete but still has a missing/unclear element.	Outstanding Response is complete will all elements accounted for in a clear manner.
Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation	Poor Response has little or no punctuation and/or correct spelling. Topic or material unclear due to excessive errors.	Fair Response has some correct spelling and punctuation. Writing style makes topic and/or material unclear.	Good Response uses mostly correct spelling and punctuation.
