Usage	Poor Both sentences are unclear and difficult to understand.	Fair One sentence is clear and one may be difficult to understand. Sentences may not convey two different meanings.	Good Both sentences given are clear and concise. Conveys two different meanings for the word.
Grammar and Mechanics	Poor No capitalization and/or punctuation. More than 3 words spelled incorrectly.	Fair Missing either capitalization or punctuation. 2 or more words spelled incorrectly.	Good Has correct capitalization and punctuation. All spelling is correct.
