Backstitching	F The student did not backstitch at all.	D Student did not backstitch on their project.	C Student backstitched 1/2 of time on their project.	B Student backstitched most of the time on their project.	A Student backstitched all the time on their project.
Seams- matching	F Most seams incorrect width. Edges are not matched. Seams are sewn crooked. Notches are not matched properly.	D At least 50% of the seams are correct. Edges are matched. darts / gathers/ pleats	F Darts are sewn incorrectly with sudden end to stitching causing a dimple. gathers are not adjusted properly. No pin was used to hold gathers.
