Grip	Beginning The student holds the frisbee in hand with palm up.	Developing The student holds the frisbee in hand with palm up, thumb on top, and the rest of the fingers are not curled.	Accomplished The student holds the frisbee in hand with palm up, thumb on top, and the rest of the fingers curled underneath.	Exemplary The student holds frisbee in hand with palm up, thumb on top, index finger on side, and the rest of the fingers curled underneath.
Stance	Beginning The student is facing the target.	Developing The student steps with the leg on the side of the arm holding the frisbee.	Accomplished The student is facing sideways and steps with the leg on the side of the arm holding the frisbee.	Exemplary The student is facing sideways, has established a pivot foot,, and step with the leg on the side of the arm holding the frisbee.
Throw and Follow Through	Beginning The student sanps the wrist.	Developing The student snaps the wrist and the frisbee is released parallel to the ground.	Accomplished The student aims with the shoulder, snaps the wrist, and the frisbee is released parallel to the ground.
