Rubric for Dialogue Presentation
	Poor 0 pts	Fair 2 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Content	Poor Student did not include the required elements. Dialogue may have been too short, irrelevant, or underdeveloped.	Fair Student included the basic elements, but the content may have been short or underdeveloped.	Excellent Student included all of the required elements and included developed responses. The dialogue was exceptionally well-written.
Vocabulary & Expressions	Poor Dialogue included many "Frenchisms" or otherwise showed poor research or poor usage of vocabulary and expressions.	Fair Student used mostly relevant vocabulary and expressions with some errors in usage.	Excellent Student used appropriate vocabulary naturally and with very few errors.
Clarity	Poor Sentences were very difficult to understand.	Fair Sentences were usually comprehensible, though may have been awkward or confusing at times.	Excellent Sentences were clear, comprehensible, and natural. Student made very few grammatical errors.
Fluency & Conversational Flow	Poor Student was unable to deliver a comprehensible presentation of the dialogue. Student paused frequently and may have spoken French at times.	Fair Student hesitated and paused at times, but persevered.	Excellent Student was able to communicate clearly and fluidly with little difficulty. Student demonstrated the ability to speak fluidly and independently.
Pronunciation	Poor Student's pronunciation was incomprehensible or made understanding very difficult.	Fair Student's pronunciation was usually comprehensible. Student pronounced many final "S" or "-ed" sounds correctly.	Excellent Student's pronunciation was almost like a native speaker's. Student pronounced most or all final "S"/"-ed" sounds correctly.
