Title	Minimal A title is not present.	Basic A title is not at the top of the graph.	Proficient Title is printed at the top of the graph.	Advanced Title clearly relates to the problem being graphed. It is printed at the top of the graph.
Labeling	Minimal The graph is not labeled. No key present.	Basic One side of the graph is labeled. Key not readable or accurate.	Proficient Two sides of the graph are labeled or a key is given.	Advanced All bars or pictures of the graph are labeled neatly, clearly, and in an organized way. Key is acurate.
Neatness	Minimal Appears messy and "thrown" together in a hurry.	Basic Pictures or bars are neatly drawn, but the graph appears quite plain.	Proficient Neat and relatively attractive.
