Sentence Structue Character Cards Character Cards Students will chose their favorite character from a movie, cartoon, video game and tv show. They will draw a picture of the character(s) and create a variety of sentences (simple, compound, complex and compound-complex) using the guidelines given. Excellent Character(s) was drawn or printed correctly showing though and creativity; the sentences matched the character(s) fully. Picture was neat, colored and matched the character.
Sentences	Fair Sentences were poorly constructed/incomplete with little detail. Did not follow the guidelines to construct a well-written simple, compound, complex, compound-complex sentences.	Good Sentences did not provide adequate detail or were poorly constructed. Somewhat followed the guidelines to construct a well-written simple, compound, complex, compound-complex sentences.
