Transfer the resident bed to wc using pivot technique/gait ROM ONE hip, knee and ankle (ask which side) The candidate is asked to transfer a resident who is lying in bed into a w/c. A pivot transfer technique is required and gaitbelt required. The resident is able to stand but cannot take steps.
