Organization is inconsistent. Writing is clear but sentences may lack variety. Word choice could be better.

Distracting and major errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. Little organization. Writing is confusing and hard to follow. Contains fragments and/or run-on sentences. Word choice is inadequate.
