Completion	Poor Project is incomplete	Fair Project is partially complete.	Good Project is mostly complete.	Excellent Project is complete.
Neatness/Attractiveness	Poor Project appears messy and thrown together.	Fair Project appears somewhat messy and thrown together.	Good Project is neat but lacks detail.	Excellent Project is exceptionally neat, attractive, and creative. Lots of detail is evident.
Following Directions/Creativity	Poor Project is incomplete and no indication that directions were followed. Most requirements are missing or not followed.	Fair Directions were followed partially and/or lacks creativity. (2) requirements are missing	Good Directions for project were followed partially and is somewhat creative. (1) requirement is missing.	Excellent All directions for project were followed and is extremely creative.
Effort	Poor No effort - project is incomplete.	Fair Shows minimal effort.	Good Shows some effort.	Excellent Much effort put into project can be seen.
