Unit Rate	Exceptional Student is able to use division to compute rate, and unit rate, and is successful 81-100% of the time.	Proficient Student is able to use division to compute rate, and unit rate, and is successful 61-80% of the time.	Developing Student is able to use division to compute rate, and unit rate, and is successful 60% or less.	Poor Student is unable to use division to compute rate and unit rate without assistance.
Solve for variables	Exceptional Student is able to solve for a variable by using division to solve for the unit rate of a given amount and is successful 81-100% of the time.	Proficient Student is able to solve for a variable by using division to solve for the unit rate of a given amount and is successful 61-80% of the time.	Developing Student is able to solve for a variable by using division to solve for the unit rate of a given amount and is successful 60% or less.	Poor Student is unable to solve for a variable by using division to solve or the unit rate of a given amount without assistance.
