Assessment 1: First Aid Skill
	Excellent 3 pts	Satisfactory 2 pts	unsatisfactory 1 pts
Risk management	Excellent Student took due care when dealing with incident, they made sure to check for danger and correctly take care of patient	Satisfactory Student took some notice of dangers and took some care in dealing with them. Student also did not fully manage patient adequately	unsatisfactory Student took no notice of apparent risks and did not manage risks associated with patient correctly
Procedure	Excellent Student was able to complete the required skill without any input from teacher	Satisfactory Student was able to complete task with a maximum of two hints	unsatisfactory Student was unable to complete skill after two hints were given
Patient care	Excellent Student offered lots of support and talked patient through what they were doing	Satisfactory Student offered some support and sometimes talked patient through what they were doing	unsatisfactory Student did not talk through what they were doing with the patient and did not offer support
