Throwing A Football at a moving target Throwing A Football at a moving target Students will be evaluated on throwing a football. The students will be in groups of two with one football per group. Each student will throw the football to their partner 5 times and be evaluated on the following. 1) Ball at cheek level in good body posture 2) Side facing target – the side opposite your throwing hand is facing the target 3) Step with opposite foot – Step with small jab step towards your target with your foot opposite your throwing hand 4) Eyes on the target – keep your eyes on the target at all times 5) Follow through – throwing arm should wipe the glass ending up by your hip pocket Rubric Code: RX7554W By rvasquez89 Draft Public Rubric Subject: Physical Ed., Fitness Type: Exam Grade Levels: 9-12
