General Features
	Poor 0 pts	Acceptable 3 pts	Good 8 pts	Excellent 10 pts
Organization Resources are categorized and/or organized in a manner that supports easy navigation.	Poor Binder has no organizational system (i.e. labels, alphabetical format, resource type)	Acceptable Binder has general structure, but is difficult to navigate for unfamiliar user.	Good Binder has clear organizational functions. (i.e. labels, color coding, rating, categorization) and can be navigated by an unfamiliar user.	Excellent Binder has clear organizational functions, can be navigated by an unfamiliar user and has been individualized for the student who created it. (example; each resource is given a 'usefulness' rating).
Resources The minimum of resources are included in the binder. Books, articles, websites, media, etc.	Poor Resources are not in the binder at all.	Acceptable Resources are present, but useful information (complete reference, reviews, etc) are absent.	Good Most resources are categorized, fully referenced, and relevant to supporting the creator's teaching pedagogy.	Excellent All resources are fully referenced and relevant. There are greater than 10 included in the binder.
Content The creator included a variety of resources and the resources are relevant to the creator's teaching pedagogy.	Poor Content is not varied and is not relevant to pedagogy.	Acceptable Some content variation, some relevance, but an overall lack of depth, variation and relevance of content.	Good Content is varied (a mix of books, media, websites). Content of resources is relevant and useful to creators pedagogy.	Excellent Content is varied, relevant and useful. Additional information is present (greater than required resources) and there are multiple types of content.
