Student was able to prepare a quality action plan that included names, addresses, and contact names. Student contacted organization and conversed about a plan and future volunteering ideas.

Student was able to prepare a quality action plan that included names, addresses and contacts, however, contacting the organization took longer than expected, thus slowing the overall process down.
Minimally Meets Expectations

Students action plan was incomplete, leaving out more than 2 of the given criteria. Did not contact the organization.

Action plan was not handed in on time. Student has to be constantly reminded to complete and contact an organization.
