Links 10 pts	Good All links point to high quality, up-to-date, credible sites.	Fair Most links point to high quality, up-to-date, credible sites.	Poor Less than 3/4 of the links point to high quality, up-to-date, credible sites.
Navigation 10 pts	Good Lilnks for navigation are clearly labeled, consistently placed, allow the reader to easily move from a page to related pages and take reader where he expects to go.	Fair Links for navigation take the reader where he expects to go, but some needed links seem to be missing. A user sometimes get lost.	Poor Some links do not take the reader to the sites described
Graphic 10 pts	Good Graphics are related to the theme/purpose of the site, are of high quality and enhance reader interest or understanding	Fair Graphics are of fair design, unoriginal, with elements that need enhancing such as red eye, etc.	Poor Graphics are poor deisng, unoriginal or borrowed work that need major enhancements such as red eye, improved cropping, etc.
Content 10 pts	Good Content is appropriate for the project and complete with no major eliminations.	Fair Content is appropriate but incomplete in some areas.	Poor Content is inappropriate or of insufficient quantity as to make the web site inefficient.
Color Choices 10 pts	Good Color choices are related to the project and appropriate for the theme/purpose of the site.	Fair Color choices have a few errors with some areas not blending appropriately.	Poor Color choices are loud and competing with each other as to distract the reader.
Spelling & Grammar 10 pts	Good There are less than 3 spelling or grammar errors found.	Fair There are less than 5 spelling or grammar errors found.	Poor There are more than 5 spelling or grammar errors found.
