Never disrupts the class.
Preparedness	Unsatisfactory Student rarely brings his/her required materials -- pen/pencil/papers/ notebook. Student has to borrow supplies three or more times.	Needs Improvement Student sometimes brings his/her required materials -- pen/pencil/papers/ notebooks. Student has to borrow supplies no more than twice a week.	Good Student usually brings required -- pen/pencil/papers/ notebooks. Student may need to borrow supplies once.	Excellent Student always brings required materials -- pen/pencil/papers/ notebooks.
