Student Defining Qualities	Minimal Student's poster is a bit confusing and may have more than one spelling error.	Developing Student's poster is easy to follow and may have one spelling error.	Proficient Student's poster layout is purposeful with no spelling errors.	Exceptional Student's poster clearly distinguishes between the qualities with a picture and words. No spelling errors.
Poster Itself	Minimal Poster appears rushed with little time put in to making it a quality product. More than 1/2 the paper is empty of color or information. May lack visual appeal.	Developing Student's name does not stand out as the focal point. Poster appears a bit rushed or may include pencil. 1/2 of the paper is covered or has minimal visual appeal.	Proficient Poster is 100% hand written/handdrawn and the name is displayed clearly. It is eye catching with at least 3/4 the paper covered in information and color. Neatly done. No pencil.	Exceptional Poster is 100% hand written/handdrawn and the name is largely displayed therefore obviously stands out. It is full of color and visually appealing to the eye. Very neatly done.
