Rationale	Excellent Rationale is clearly stated & supported.	Good Rationale is included & supported.	Fair Rationale is limited & not fully supported.	Poor Rationale does not include sufficient details.
Main Points	Excellent Provided excellent discussion with important main points highlighted that addresses topic.	Good Provided good discussion with many of the main points highlighted and addressed the topic most of the time.	Fair Discussion lacked many of the main points and addressed barely the topic.
