Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space. Few slides have graphics or effects.
Poor
The slides are difficult to read. There is little use of graphics or effects.
Audience
Excellent
As an audience member you are focused on the group presenting, show respect to former students, and are engaged in what they are presenting.
Good
As an audience member, you are focused on the group activity, but get distracted at times.
Fair
As an audience member you spend little time focused on the group presenting as well as constantly talking with others in class.
Poor
As an audience member you pay no attention to the group presenting, are distracting to others, and not engaged with the current presentation.
Voice
Excellent
Speaker presents in a clear voice, with emphasis. S/he makes eye contact with the audience, and doesn't read from screen.
Good
Speaking voice is fairly clear, with some emphasis. Some eye contact with audience. Some reading from screen.
Fair
Speakers presents in an unclear voice, or with little emphasis, or constantly reads from the screen.
Poor
Speaker does not present in a clear voice, speaks with no emphasis, and reads simply from the presentation.
Use of Time
Excellent
Used allotted time well.Completed the project on time.
Good
Presentation was completed on time and finished 1 minute behind/after the allotted time.
Fair
Presentation was 2-3 minutes before or after the allotted time given.
Poor
Presentation carried on for 5 plus minutes after the allotted time given.
