Bell Activity Log	Poor Has less than half of journal entries. Does not follow directions for at least 3 entries (complete sentences, full paragraphs, etc.)	Fair Missing more than 2 journal entries. Does not follow directions for at least 2 entries.	Good Has all journal entries. All organized by date. Follows directions for each entry.
