	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor or no points 1 pts
ATTENDANCE	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is always on time and regularly attends classes. Student has not missed any classes.	Good GOOD Student was absent one or two times. Student has missed one or two classes with excuse.	Fair FAIR Student has missed two or three classes.	Poor POOR Student has four or more absences in the semester. Zero points for 5+ absences.
PUNCTUALITY	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is on time and sitting ready to start class when the bell rings.	Good GOOD Student is on time but not ready to start class when the bell rings.	Fair FAIR Student is on time and disruptive to other students ready to start class.	Poor POOR Student is late and disrupts class by entering late.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR	Excellent EXCELLENT Student often asks in-depth questions, participates in pair/group discussions.	Good GOOD Student sometimes asks questions, and participates in pair/group discussions.	Fair FAIR Student rarely participates in class, struggles with pair/group discussions.	Poor POOR Student never participates in class, does not participate in pair/group discussions.
PREPARATION	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is always prepared for class with assignments and required materials punctually. Cell phone is never out in class.	Good GOOD Student is usually prepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late. Student often has to be told to put cell phone away.	Fair FAIR Student is frequently unprepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late. Student uses cell phone in class.	Poor POOR Student is almost always unprepared for class with assignments and required materials, possibly attempting to submit some materials late. Incessant use of cell phone.
