Interview Rubric
	Unacceptable 4 pts	Poor 8 pts	Fair 12 pts	Good 16 pts	Excellent 20 pts
Introductions/Good Byes!	Unacceptable Student fails to meet the interviewer at the beginning and the end.	Poor Student greets the interviewer but not properly. "Hi, Hey, Bye" etc...	Fair Student performs proper greeting at the end of the interview, but not the beginning of the interview.	Good Student performs proper greeting at the beginning but not end of interview.	Excellent Student performs proper greeting at the beginning and end of the interview. "Good morning, good afternoon. Thank you for your time" etc...
Preparedness	Unacceptable Student has not practiced interviewing skills and therefore can not anticipate questions.	Poor Student has not practiced interviewing skills and anticipates questions.	Fair Student has practiced interviewing skills and therefore can anticipate questions.	Good Student has practiced interviewing skills and anticipates questions.	Excellent Student has practiced interviewing skills and anticipates questions.
Posture and interaction	Unacceptable Student does not interact with interviewer during the interview.	Poor Student fails to do one of the following: maintaining good posture, or continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview. <BR> Student's facial interactions are not appropriate during interview.	Fair Student fails to do one of the following: maintaining good posture, or continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview. <BR> Student's facial interactions are appropriate during interview.	Good Student maintains good posture, and continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview. <BR> Student's facial interactions are not appropriate during interview.	Excellent Student maintains good posture, and continual eye contact with interviewer throughout interview. <BR> Student's facial interactions are appropriate during interview.
