90 Degree Push Up 90 Degree Push Up This rubric will help educators assess students' performing 90 degree push-ups. Each student will do 10 push-ups while their partner evaluates them. 90 Degree Angle	Needs Work Student does not achieve a 90 degree bend in the elbow on any repetition	Getting There Student does not achieves a 90 degree bend in the elbows on nearly all repetitions	Muscle Builder Students achieves a 90 degree bend in the elbows on nearly all repetitions	Pro Students achieves a 90 degree bend in the elbows with the upper arms parallel to the floor with each repetition
Arm Extension	Needs Work Student does not fully extend arms on any repetition	Getting There Student does not fully extends arms on nearly all repetition	Muscle Builder Student fully extends arms nearly all repetitions	Pro Student fully extends arms with each repetition
Body Position	Needs Work Student fails to maintain proper body position throughout the tes	Getting There Students maintains proper body position for little of the test	Muscle Builder Students maintains proper body position for most of the test	Pro Student maintains proper body position, keeping a straight line from head to toes throughout the test
