Skill Components	Exceeds Standard All 6 components are defined.	Meets Standard At least 5 components are defined.	Approaching Standard At least 4 components are defined.	Not at Standard Less than 4 components are defined.
Explanation/Examples	Exceeds Standard Thorough explanation of how the skills are used in chosen activity.	Meets Standard Good explanation of how skills are used but could be elaborated and more detailed.	Approaching Standard Some skills do not have an example. Examples are short and not informative.	Not at Standard Most skills either have no explanation or a weak example.
Appeal	Exceeds Standard Brochure space is used well. There is not too much stuff or too little. A lot of color is used. Is tasteful. Hand writing is extremely neat.	Meets Standard Decent use of space and color. Hand writing is a bit hard to read.	Approaching Standard Brochure is either cramped with stuff or empty. Not a lot of color is used. Appears hurried.	Not at Standard Sloppy and messy.
