Overall strength of structure will support at least one bird and some of the specifications are met.	Poor Matches plans somewhat, but a good explanation of the purpose of the change is not supported. Overall strength of structure will not support a bird and specifications are not met.
Preparation	Good Materials were correct and brought in on time.	Fair Materials were correct but 1-2 days late.	Poor Materials were incorrect or not brought in at all.
