SETUP	UNSKILLED Cutting between supports	BASIC drop-off to the side	INTERMEDIATE stabilize work with help of partner	ADVANCED body alignment correct, work stable	MASTER quickly assume correct posture and able to stabilize work alone
FIRST CUT/ AIM	UNSKILLED does not use improper technique	BASIC not enough proper technique	INTERMEDIATE uses some good technique and aligns to correct side of line	ADVANCED good technique very close to line	MASTER perfectly square alignment using proper technique and reflection
