Proper Form: Arms at ninety degrees	Needs Improvement Arms did not bend to ninety degrees at all or arms bent only on a few.	Developing Arms were bent to ninety degrees on most pushups, but not all.	Proficient Arms were bent to ninety degrees on all push ups.
Understands push-ups	Needs Improvement Does not know proper information to properly complete a push-up.	Developing Had some knowledge, but could not properly complete a push-up without guidance.	Proficient Properly completed a push-up without help.
Push up Test	Needs Improvement Showed no effort in the push up test.	Developing Showed some effort, but not a 100% effort.	Proficient Showed full effort in completing the test.
