Organization	Novice Cannot understand presentation-no sequence of information.	Apprentice Difficult to follow presentation- student jumps around.	Practitoner Information is in logical sequence	Expert Information is presented in logical, interesting sequence.
Subject Knowledge	Novice Does not have a grasp of the information. Cannot answer questions about subject.	Apprentice Uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Practitoner At ease with expected answers to questions but does not elaborate	Expert Demonstrates full knowledge by answering all class questions with explanations and elaborations
