Manipulative Skills Assessment
	Needs Work. 1 pts	Good Job! 2 pts	WOOHOO! 3 pts
Throwing	Needs Work. Did not throw with opposite foot and hand.	Good Job! Correct opposite foot and hand. Did not hit target at 10 feet.	WOOHOO! Correct opposite foot and hand. Can hit a target placed at 10 feet.
Kicking	Needs Work. Has difficulty kicking a ball.	Good Job! Can kick a ball but misses sometimes. Has trouble kicking a ball towards a target with accuracy.	WOOHOO! Can consistently kick a ball without missing. Can kick a ball towards a target with good accuracy
Striking	Needs Work. Has difficulty striking any object with either hand or pilo polo stick.	Good Job! Can consistently strike either with hand or pilo polo stick but not with both.	WOOHOO! Can consistently strike a beach ball with hand. Can consistently strike a Gator Skin ball with a Pilo Polo Stick.
Catching	Needs Work. Has difficulty catching the ball.	Good Job! Can consistently catch a Gator Skin ball without dropping but flinches when ball is thrown to them.	WOOHOO! Can consistently catch a Gator Skin Ball without dropping or flinching.
Throw & Catch with Partner.	Needs Work. Has difficulty playing catch with a partner.	Good Job! Can play catch with a partner but has trouble keeping the ball off of the ground.	WOOHOO! Can consistently play catch with a partner without dropping the Gator Skin.
