Ending Punctuation	High Levi correctly uses ending punctuation with no teacher assistance.	On Target Levi correctly uses ending punctuation with some teacher assistance.	Basic Levi correctly uses ending punctuation but needs teacher assistance.
Constructing Sentence	High Levi can construct a complete sentence with no teacher assistance.	On Target Levi can construct a complete sentence with some teacher assistance.	Basic Levi can construct a complete sentence with teacher assistance.
