Slide 1- Essential question	Poor Student did not include any pictures as well as did not summarize the essential question. No response to the essential question.	Fair Student copied essential question and response did not answer the question. At least 2 pictures were included.	Good Student summarized the essential question and represented it with pictures. The answer related to the question and it's represented with pictures. 3 or more pictures
Slide 2- Research 'Culture'	Poor Student did not use an AHS reference source. They copied and pasted the author's work without giving proper credit and acknowledgement. Used no pictures or pictures that were not labeled.	Fair Student used source from AHS reference sites but did not acknowledge author's work or give credit. They used 1 picture and the picture had relevance to the topic of culture.	Good Student used AHS reference source, posted link and mentioned which source of information was used. Also, they summarized the idea and used their own words. They gave credit to author's work. They used 3 pictures .
Slide 3- My culture	Poor Student did not demonstrate through pictures a representation of what their culture includes. Just wrote about their culture. If student does not know what the meaning of culture is then refer to the meaning of it.	Fair Student had 2 pictures that are relevant to their culture but did not write a caption for them.	Good Student had at least 3 pictures that are relevant to their culture and each picture had a caption explaining what they enjoy about their culture.
Slide 4- Why is language important?	Poor Student did not use a title and answer the question. Pictures had no relevance to the questions or answers.	Fair Student had 1 example of why language is important that included pictures but no labels to the pictures. The response had no relevance to the question.	Good Student titled the slide correctly and answered the question with relevance and used at least 3 pictures.
Slide 5- Using Spanish outside	Poor Student was unable to answer the question of "how will students use Spanish outside of class"? Included only 1 picture and no captions to the picture.	Fair Student had at least 2 pictures and labeled them but response had no relevance to the question.	Good Student was able to use title and answer question with relevance and pictures correlated with labels.
