There is some evidence of application of the principles of budgeting in the selection of inputs, and math facts are accurate.	Accomplished Inputs show close attention to and application of the principles of personal budgeting. All math facts are accurate.
Formatting/Selection of Template Have you selected a template for your budget, and is it one that is usable over time?	Beginning No discernable template, or template chosen is not appropriate for the budget in terms of design, layout, and neatness.	Developing There is evidence of a template, and it is appropriate to the principles of personal budgeting. It's appearance is acceptable in terms of design, layout, and neatness, and shows evidence of usability over time.	Accomplished The chosen template is fully aligned with the principles of personal budgeting, and is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness, and is clearly usable over time.
Written Maintenance Plan Have you written out a plan to review and take actions to maintain your budget over time?	Beginning There is no Written Maintenance Plan.	Developing The Written Maintenance Plan includes some elements that will allow it to be useful, but lacks actionable goals.	Accomplished The Written Maintenance Plan includes all the elements needed to be useful as a feedback loop, including actionable goals.
