Organization and Structure	Exemplary Includes Binder, labeled tabs and is well organized.	Proficient Includes Binder. Missing labeled tabs or organization.	Incomplete Missing Binder, labeled tabs and organization. Unacceptable.
Ease of Use	Exemplary Information presented is detailed and straightforward for the reader.	Proficient Information presented is not detailed and appears confusing to the reader.	Incomplete Missing information completely.
Informative	Exemplary Binder provides important procedural information about the school and classroom.	Proficient Binder provides some procedural information but lacks important elements.	Incomplete Binder completely lacks procedural information about the school and classroom.
