Completed their task at hand and made progress on their assignments.
Good

Student was MOSTLY on-task and worked productively. Almost completed their task, made slight progress on their assignments.
Fair

Student was MOSTLY off-task and
UNPRODUCTIVE. Did not complete task, made only a small amount of progress on their assignment.
Poor

Student was NOT on-task nor productive. Did not complete task and made no progress on the assignment.
Behavior

Excellent

Student SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT display disruptive behavior during class.
Good

Student MOSTLY showed responsibility and respect and RARELY displayed disruptive behavior during class.
Fair

Student OCCASIONALLY showed responsibility and respect and OCCASIONALLY displayed disruptive behavior during class.
Poor

Student DID NOT show responsibility and respect during class.
Handling Overwhelming Emotions

Excellent

Can use coping strategies and can self-monitor behavior.
Has been approriate in class.
Good

Is aware of feeling overwhemed most of the time and knows some triggers. Has had to utilize one coping strategy.
Fair

Identifies feeling overwhemed but not able to handle it at the time. Handles emotion inappropriately one or more times a week.
Poor

Is unaware of emotions and triggers. Has resulting behavior problems and tends to blame others. Chooses a negative reaction to peers/teacher.
Organization

Excellent

Student has material organized in a system with folders and has assignments and papers where they belong.
Good

Student is maintaining work but is not using an organization system.
Fair

A lack of organization is causing a few missing assignments in classes at least once a week.
Poor

Lack or organization is causing him to lose papers and fail to turning in work more than once a week and is causing problems with classroom success.
