Timeline of the History of Jamaica Mexican History Timeline Rubric Students are to create a timeline (can be horizontal, vertical) on historical events in Jamaica from the 1400's to 2021. There should be 20 major events in Jamaica's history on the timeline. Students are to include pictures that they believe represent the all the events on the timeline. Details/ID Information	Poor Doesn't give proper factual information.	Fair Gives a few details and factual information. Sentences are short and incomplete.	Good Gives factual information in detailed point form for all events	Superior Gives factual information in complete sentences on all events.
Pictures	Poor No evidence of pictures for events.	Fair Shows pictures for less than 10 events on the timeline.	Good Shows pictures for at least 15 events on the timeline.	Superior Shows pictures for all events on the timeline.
Labeling	Poor The timeline less than 10 of the required number of events. The timeline does not include: chronological order, no dates, not specifically labeled.	Fair The timeline has at least 15 of the required number of events. Each has: some dates and most events are in proper chronological order.	Good The timeline has 18 of the required events. Each has: dates, specific labels, proper chronological order.	Superior The timeline has all the events, dates, specific labels, proper chronological order.
