Grading Rubrics for Journal Entries 
Submit a 100-150 word journal entry on four (4) different clinical sites you visited during your Pediatric rotation. You must include two (2) objectives from your NUR 2310 syllabus (age appropriate) and how they relate to your client. Include a personal reflection of your time at the clinical site. Please select two (2) different objectives for each experience. Each journal entry must be submitted within one week of your clinical site visit.
