Door Greeting
	Excellent 6 pts	Good 4 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 0 pts
Greeting Teacher/Staff	Excellent Greeted other person appropriately to speak to them and then spoke message clearly and made himself understood.	Good Greeted other person appropriately to signal that he wants to speak to them but didn't make request clear. Waited for other person to clarify.	Fair Made a physical gesture to acknowledge the other person but did not speak.	Poor Refusal - would not communicate verbally or by gesture
Eye Contact	Excellent Full eye contact, kept body facing the person smiled, used good manners. No verbal cue needed.	Good Partial eye contact, smiled, used good manners. Stayed facing the person. Needed one reminder on eye contact.	Fair Attempted to give eye contact but looked and turned away, smiled, used some manners. Need much cueing.	Poor No eye contact, showed no interest.
Voice Level	Excellent Clear, calm, confident, could be understood easily.	Good Clear but not heard, asked to repeat	Fair Mumbling and not clear.	Poor Refusal
Closing	Excellent Gave Closing (Thank you, Have a nice day, Take care) - with smile	Good Gave Closing with cue/prompt.	Fair Gestured with a head nod or wave before leaving.	Poor Refusal - walked away
