Daily Classroom Behavior 
This rubric scores the student on a number of behavioral occurrences throughout the day. The goal is to decrease challenging behaviors.

Student paid attention in class and stayed on task. Instructions did not need to be repeated.

Student did not get along with others. Student was argumentative and/or defensive. Student was loud and disruptive 5 or more times.
Fair

Student got along with others some of the time. May have been defensive or argumentative. Student was loud and disruptive 3-4 times.
Good

Student got along well with others and was flexible. Student made a conscious effort to avoid being disruptive. Student was loud and disruptive 1-2 times.
Excellent

Student got along well with others and was agreeable. Student followed directions and did not disrupt class.
Performance/Effort

Poor

Student did not put forth quality effort and made excuses 5 or more times.
Fair

Student's work/effort was inconsistent. Student tried to find ways to get around doing assigned work and was redirected 3-4 times.
Good

Student's work/effort was reflective of his abilities and effort and was reminded to work 1-2 times.
Excellent

Student's work ethic was exemplary. Student put in extra effort to do well. No redirection was needed.
